Vitesse has only one (extremely busy!) in-house lawyer and, as the business evolved, it was clear that she needed legal resource to parachute in and help her with the day-to-day so that the sales team were supported in closing all the deals they were winning. Dilpreet decided to work with us in early 2022 because she liked our subscription offering and was drawn to our human delivery of legal services combined with the technical ability of the team.

In 2022, Vitesse was successful in winning a competitive tender to develop and provide a faster claims payments solution to the London insurance market, and they needed support to get it over the line.  

This deal was hugely important to Vitesse and the largest one they’d ever signed, so it was critical to close it in a very short timescale. It was a complex deal with many moving parts including parallel discussions taking place across legal, regulatory, compliance, service delivery and commercial teams. But, drawing upon our knowledge of their business and expert negotiation skills, we successfully completed the deal within the tight timeframe available.
