As a highly experienced Senior Solicitor, Rachael has over 18 years of legal expertise under her belt having worked in-house and in private practice across the span of her career.
Rachael is our Head of Commercial and Technology, looking after our Flamingo Subscription clients, ensuring they receive exactly what they need, when they need it from our flocking amazing subscription lawyers. Rachael has a broad range of experience which spans contentious and non-contentious commercial legal advice. Her role at Stephenson Law sees her drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for fast growth tech clients across a broad range of industries such as FinTech, EdTech, RegTech, EduTech and GreenTech.
Rachael also has significant experience of conducting litigation and alternative dispute resolution for commercial clients.
A true collaborator, Rachael is known for her excellent communication skills, her all-in attitude, and her ability to successfully support clients with an exceptional degree of service.
